The wench just rang - a repo house we put an offer on two weeks ago have accepted our offer. Someone else also put an offer in for £10K mores - but fortunantly they weren't in as good a position as us.

It's a good job too - as we have to move out of our house on the 12th september and we would have been homeless, lol.

Its in Rugeley (so a nice commute over the chase every morning) which also means D63 doesn't have to worry anymore.

Nope, the owners converted it into a family room the shits. Gonna buy a decent wooden shed in the garden for the bike., the corner of the garden is already slabbed for one - and can fit a decent size in there.  It was too much of a bargain for the garage to be a reason not to go for it.

Just been to solicitors. They wont be able to get everything tgether in time to move in - so probably gonna have to live with the parents for a week or so.
